You earn points automatically after every confirmed, paid stay. The base rate is 1 point per ₹10 spent, and higher tiers earn up to 2x points.
Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. We may introduce expiry rules in the future with advance notice.
Most rewards can be applied to any room booking. Some rewards may have minimum stay or room-type conditions.
Your lifetime points determine your tier. Once your lifetime points reach the next tier threshold, you are automatically upgraded.
If a booking is cancelled before points are credited, no points are earned. Points already credited are not reversed.
